    Red Agave Restaurant is Eugene, Oregon’s must try culinary experience. At Red Agave we take full advantage of the fresh bounty grown, raised and caught in our part of the world.     not a band, but nonetheless a cult-like following our mixalogical prodigy Mel has come come back to us along with her one of her most popular concoctions.  She’s been at Cowfish Nightclub & Lounge getting the ball rolling over there & her drink has been waiting impatiently for the return of Damiana liquer which we here in oregon only have access to for a few months out of the year.

    It’s tough to find a meal worth having after 9pm in Eugene, but its very easy to have one.  Whether you’re trying to catch a show first and dinner after or looking for great deserts in an intimate setting, we’re here, till late.
